Pioneer Digital DJ-WeGO2 Ready For Launch

Pioneer announced its new digital controller, DDJ-WeGO2 which is an update to the original DDJ WeGO.

What is new with WeGO2 is that it is specially designed for Ipad, Iphone and Ipod Touch.

The unit ships with Virtual DJ LE edition and you can also download the Algoriddim Djay 2 LE version from the Apple App Store or buy the full version for $9.99. This means you can control both iDevices and regular computer software with WeGO2.

As seen in the picture above, your iDevice will sit in the back of this controller by the help of a special handle/grip section. So, no need to get an additional stand for your iPad.

Pioneer included an iDevice connection cable (lightning) and a USB cable in the box for its users.

On this controller, you will find all the features that its brother WeGO already had.

This new Pioneer unit differs from the previous WeGO with its handle section.

The company obviously targeted consumers rather than professional DJs by releasing this product and looks like WeGO2 would be a good choice of those looking to get equipment for house parties and so on.
